Back to the classics with our Original Fruitcake. Baked with love, these cakes are made with assorted fruits, soaked in 12-year-old Scotch Whisky. Perfect to serve at a dinner party, or to even have as a midnight snack. Please check our list of ingredients below for any possible allergens.
Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerate for up to six months before opening. Once opened, consume within one week or refrigerate for freshness. This cake is shipped in a custom cakethyme tin.
Please rinse tin out to re-use or repurpose!

Ingredients: Wheat Flour (gluten), Milk, Egg, Butter (pasteurized cream, milk, salt), Brown Sugar, Unsulfured Molasses, Baking Soda (sodium bicarbonate), Ground Cinammon, 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky, Dried Cranberry (cane sugar, cranberries ), Dried Apricot (apricots, sulfur dioxide [as a preservative], sunflower oil, microencapsulated probiotic lactobacillus rhamnosus GG and saccharomyces boulardii), Raisin (organic raisins), Plum (pitted dried plums (prunes), potassium sorbate [as a preservative]).

We thoroughly enjoyed the non-alcohol chocolate cake. It has a rich chocolate flavor enhanced by the yummy fruits. It was moist & dense but not heavy. A very satisfying treat!
Don’t let the name “fruitcake” make you miss this delicious cake! This is more like a spice cake, with none of the red and green mystery lumps in other “fruitcakes” I’ve tried. It’s just the right amount of sweet, and very moist. Mine lasted very well in the cake tin that came with it, and remained delicious for over a week. Highly recommended!
